Talent Acquisition Sourcer – Hybrid Role (Wesley Chapel/Lakeland)

 

Orlando Health is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support strategic sourcing and pipeline development across our growing healthcare system. This hybrid role requires a strong presence in the community and across our facilities, with frequent travel to support hiring events, meetings, and recruitment initiatives — especially in the West Florida region.

 

Locations:

Orlando Health Wiregrass Ranch Hospital, 3000 Wiregrass Ranch Blvd, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543

Orlando Health Watson Clinic Lakeland Highlands Hospital, 4000 Lakeland Highlands Road, Lakeland, FL 33812

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines across clinical and nonclinical functions.
  • Partner with leadership to implement local and national recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct outreach through job boards, social media, career fairs, and conferences.
  • Train Talent Acquisition team members on sourcing best practices.
  • Collaborate with recruiters on critical roles and advertising strategies.
  • Travel to multiple Orlando Health facilities for hiring events, team meetings, and community engagement.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid Schedule: On-site visibility is essential; expect to travel 3–4 times per month as needed.
  • Must be highly flexible and willing to travel across regions, including West Florida.
  • Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required for events.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (or Associate’s degree with relevant healthcare experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, and recruitment platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be coachable, open to change, and a strong culture fit aligned with Orlando Health’s mission and values.
