Based upon individual assignment of projects, assumes responsibility from onset of assignment until completion of project responsibilities for assessment, planning, developing, implementing and evaluation of assigned facility.
Supports project managers in all phases of project delivery, planning and reporting.
Assists as a liaison between Facility Development department and other departments in regard to construction projects.
Participates in user group meetings to define project scope.
Help review cost and develop budget estimates with project managers.
Assist in development of the construction phase schedules.
Review project status daily; monitor project RFIs and Change Orders.
Monitors tasks assigned to project schedule and team members according to established deadlines. Notify Project Manager of any
changes to schedule.
Assist with coordinating shutdowns with Engineering and Contractor.
Monitor and walk the assigned projects and prepare status reports for project manager as requested.
Maintain project punch list and follow up with assigned project manager.
Follow through with contractor, architect and project engineers for project close out documents.
Provides research functions to assure proper compliance with applicable codes and regulations for construction projects.
Take and record minutes at assigned project meetings for documentation purposes.
Maintains graphical database system wide for Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement.
Produces and maintains facilities statistical information.
Works with government organizations to upkeep the database for non-taxable entities of Orlando Health Maintains all CON bed
locations for Orlando Health facilities.
Assists Engineering personnel by interpreting record documents and helping to identify “As-Built” conditions.
Produces information to assist in all leasing activities.
Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state
and local standards.
Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
Education/Training
Must meet one of the following:
Bachelor’s degree, or
Associate’s degree and two (2) years of related work experience (in addition to the requirements listed in the Experience
section).

None.
Experience
Two (2) years of experience in facilities, facility development, healthcare or project coordination
