Job Summary
The Rehabilitation Admission Liaison is responsible for completing clinical assessments and assessing potential candidates for Inpatient Rehabilitation, obtaining final approval by the Rehabilitation admitting physician, and educating stakeholders regarding inpatient rehabilitation outcomes and requirements for admission.
Essential Functions
Education/Training
Bachelor’s degree from an Accredited School of Physical or Occupational Therapy or Master’s degree from an Accredited School of Speech Language Pathology.
Licensure/Certification
• Maintains current license as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Florida.
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
Experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of work experience within specific required degree
